A dead body on the floor with a gun next to him. You take the gun, only to find out it was empty. You drop the gun and start exploring the rooms. You find the kitchen, and it has a good stash of food in it. When suddenly you hear the front door slam. You immediately look for a place to hide while fearing the worst. But it was too late. The mutated kangaroos know where you are. And they’re hungry.

My head cannon is that Russia is basically just metro but a bit less depressing

I think having a nomadic character in the next installment would be great. Have him in a central area of the game where you know most players will have to return regularly. Each time they engage him he’ll provide a brief summary of a country he visited.

5:00 one thing to note is that many SA countries only found oil in recent times, Brazil only in the 2000s and the guianas mostly just started driling in the 2010s. So it is 100% possible that many of thosse were not invaded because nobody knew about theyr oil reserves back them.
