  • He got older, Dude has been making movies for ever, I think he deserves to take it easy now
  • @DoctorMcHerp
As a kid I remember being scared of Jet Li because he'd always appear so brutal in beating up the bad guys. A Jackie Chan punch looked like something that would hurt for days, but you could still walk away from. A Jet Li punch looked like hospitalization was inevitable.
  • @tintu32
My whole childhood was a Jet Li saga. No one can ever replace him in my life.
  • As a 90s baby, I love Jackie Chan and grew up with his movies, but Jet Li is my martial art hero of the 80s-90s. I've loved almost everything Jet Li is in. Especially his Once Upon a Time in China series, Fong Sai Yuk, and The Swordsman. He'll forever be a legend.
  • @wstine79
Jet Li's fight with Jackie Chan in "The Forbidden Kingdom" was a highlight of the film.
  • @GuardianArk15
I'm fine with him not being in many movies nowadays, he's done his work. Anything we get now is just a bonus from a legend.
  • I was fortunate enough to work with Jet Li on Romeo Must die, and all I can say is WOW watching him and Russel Wong spar in between takes in a Vancouver back alley was just awe inspiring! I grew up watching Bruce Li, Jackie Chan and all the pooly dubbed martial arts movies including the Xiao Lin movies and so I was giddy, I got to rap for him and AAlyiah let me tell you 90's and early 2000's film industry in Vancouver was magical, between the sci fi horror action movies it was so good!

The fact this guy hasn't ended up in a marvel movie blows my mind. He is made for protecting our universe ... dushbag He is clearly selfless and his amazing heartfelt works for charity proceeding his own real life experiences is inspirational. He is and will always be one of my favourite martial arts actors of all time. Damn he must have put in more work in terms of hours, basically putting his body on the line more than many actors ever. Remember this guy rarely used stunt doubles. Underrated is a word maybe used to often but since Jet Li isn't a house hold name as i think it should be id say underrated is a good call.
  • It was Jet Li that got me into martial arts as a kid. He is an absolute powerhouse on screen - fierce, calm, athletic - genuinely awe inspiring in full flow.
  • Jet Li: "Mulan is a bad movie, but I did it for my kids." Raul Julia and others would be proud.
  • @Scoob609
Jet was my favorite actor growing up and his movies still have a very special place for me. I spent many pay checks chasing VHS and DVD copies of all his movies. Hero is honestly one of the best movies ever made in my personal opinion and i definitely agree it trancended action and became visual poetry.
  • @AR-br7cl
Kiss Of The Dragon is CRIMINALLY underrated
  • The 80s and 90s was the golden era of superstars. Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Andy Lau, Stephen Chow, etc.
  • @TheXfams
Love your delivery! New sub! Looking forward to more!
  • @jerryape4631
Damn ! Bro ! You've got a new sub. The way you talk, details even from childhood, you made me want to see this Jackie Chan & Jet Lee movie, and others... You are funny, script is long, BUT not even one second boring, I love your content. 👏👏👏
  • @Swain1990
No matter it's a good or bad movie, Jet Li delivers the most beautiful fight among ALL action stars.
  • @Locadel2003
I still think he was an amazing villian and he totally stole the show in "Lethal Weapon 4"
  • @paulwhite6396
This is a great vid on Jet Li, it really outlines his amazing career. I loved every movie I've seen him in. Once upon a time in China is one of my favorite martial arts movies, as is Fearless. But I was so excited to see him and Jackie Chan work together. That one fight scene was amazing, it left me wanting more.
  • @saltysealion
Romeo must die is a top shelf movie! The physical interactions and romance perfectly captures the meeting of 2 people from different cultures. So realistic and spot on. Love it not to mention racism was a theme in the movie as well.
  • @bigjo2163
Jet Li and Jackie Chan is literally what bonded me with my own father. Watching their movies and then to pretend fight with my dad is what always brings a tear to my eye when I remember my dad. I still can’t bare the thought of eventually loosing Jackie and Jet Li since they were both my idols growing up. Love those two guys from the bottom of my heart ❤️
