1. Essential rules for consuming non-violent and complete diet.
2. Avoid consuming animal-derived foods like milk and its products, eggs, and meat.
3. Do not use raw or green vegetables until they are fully ripe.
4. Use whole seeds like mustard and sesame instead of oil.
5. Prefer vegetables that can be regrown from cut parts like taro, ginger, garlic, onions, potatoes, etc.
6. Use ripe vegetables like pumpkin more often than green vegetables.
7. Use vegetables like ridge gourd, pointed gourd, snake gourd, beans, okra, and bell pepper only when their seeds are hard and mature. Boil or grind the seeds if they are very hard.
8. Wash vegetables before cutting; do not wash them after cutting as it causes nutrient loss.
9. Cook vegetables with seeds and skins in a pressure cooker with minimal water.
10. Use the seeds of radishes, turnips, carrots, and beets after cooking their roots for medicinal drinks or chutneys.

13. Eating grains like wheat, maize, millet, and barley by boiling them like rice is more beneficial than making bread. If bread is used, do not remove the bran.
14. Use unpolished red, brown, or black rice and avoid over-washing or draining the rice water.
15. Eat fruits and vegetables with their skins and seeds; if the whole skin and seeds can't be consumed, take at least some part.
16. Avoid immediate consumption of fruits and vegetables treated with pesticides; use them 72 hours after spraying and wash them thoroughly with salt water before use.
17. Use whole legumes instead of dehulled ones and prefer thick over thin dal, consuming about 30-40 grams daily.
18. Cook vegetables and grains with minimal water in a pressure cooker.
19. Natural foods contain inherent salt and sugar; avoid adding extra salt or sugar to a fully mature diet.
20. Gradually reduce and eventually stop using salt as it causes mental and physical disturbances due to its ionic state.
21. Eat grains, fruits, and vegetables with their skins and seeds as they contain essential minerals and nutrients.
22. Use jaggery instead of sugar for sweetness.
23. Limit the variety of food in one meal and avoid eating out of habit when not hungry.
24. Maintain an interval of 5-6 hours between meals for complete digestion.
