This is actually one of my biggest fears in becoming a landlord. That is terrible and I can't imagine the stress she went through.

And here I am in my apartment afraid to put a nail in the wall to hang pictures because I don’t want to ruin the walls. My last apartment I lived in for 8 years and got 100% of my deposit back! You are supposed to take care of others property better than your own!

I use to work in property maintenance. This type of tenant is common. Sometimes the sight and smell inside the apartments creeped me out. Moving dirty diapers out of the way to make a repair, uncontrolled kids reaching for my tools, the floor littered with liquor bottles or drug syringes. I felt so bad for the kids and for many this lifestyle continues after they become adults.

This lady blamed stuff on her 8 year old and she left it I frayed with roaches, mice and bed bugs!! Just trifling!!!

This lady is out of her mind. How do you let your child write on the walls and leave a place in that condition. The way she speaks already tells you how she would leave your property. Her mother is no different and her answer tells you the apple did not fall far from the tree. Just disgusting.
