how would Dreams series "minecraft manhunt" look in real life?

I don´t really have the budget/skills to make a good quality "Minecraft Manhunt, but in real life" video- but this is my best attempt at discussing the topic. Dreams series, where he tries to beat the game while his friends GeorgeNotFound, Antfrost and Sapnap hunt him down is very successful! can someone actually do a video like that? a speedrunner vs hunter in reality? would be sooo cool
