VNV Nation - Darkangel

VNV to me are the ambassadors of this music, I am a hard core rock fan but omg, VNV are so lush to listen too, thanks to them I have discovered many more...they have opened up my ears!

I'm glad I remembered to listen to this band again. It's been a while...

My wife just passed and now I realize how much this band foreshadowed my relationship with her. She is my Dark Angel.

As many times as ive heard this song...i can never get tired of it..such a great song  and awesome album

I need this fucking album.... Goddamn I could listen to VNV Nation all day long. I love the instruments, and I love the lead's voice. Just a simply epic group. Awesome to listen to while playing EVE.

How many people relate to this song as if it were about themselves? Is there an army of dark angels on Earth waiting to step in on behalf of the downtrodden to bring them all peace, justice, liberty, security, respect, and compassion? Recognition of this desire in each other to heal all of humanity's ills will be the next step in achieving these things for all, forever. Enjoy!

Every so often an album appears that is completely ahead of it's time. Empries is one of those albums.

Underrated band!!! They r in their own class of awesomeness.

Saw this live last week in Denver, it's way better live. I really felt inspired by it. VNV Nation is the best

This is my favorite of all their tracks. Amazingly moving music. Long overdue since Tangerine Dream. They combine TD's sound with great beat and lyrics.

They toured through Cleveland some years back. Loved their music then and still do. So many of their earlier works are impossible to buy now.

Only been listening to them for a couple of months, but I'm now totally in love with them! Had a cigarette and a chat with Ronan after the Manchester gig on the 6th. Such a nice man! Not to mention an amazing lyricist!

ye, me too... and I cant stop listening. Their lyrics makes so MUCH sense.
