The way to help solve this is to NOT take them on to Italy, but to return them to Libya. Most will stop trying.

It is so akward to watch this ....I blame governments, politician and world powers for this madness of human ordeal. Africa is so big and full of resource, both inland and at sea, blame politicians, authorities and all governors of these countries.
