The search continues for the missing OceanGate Titan submersible, which disappeared Sunday during a dive to the wreckage of the Titanic. The Coast Guard said that more unconfirmed noises were heard coming from the search area, but an expert we spoke to said noises in the ocean are 'really difficult' to pick out and locate. Adding that its like, "picking one instrument out of a marching band."

  • When you pay $250,000 for the titanic experience, but get the full titanic experience

I'm in awe that there is a tourist attraction to the titanic! I'm an ex submariner and served on two different submarines. Going down to the titanic is 1000 times conservatively then what I risked serving. People don't truly understand understand how much more dangerous it is to go that deep vs going to space. At 12500 feet below sea level the pressure is 550000 pounds per square inch. Think what that would do to you if your hand was in a press? Any flaw is fatal!
  • NOBODY should be taking trips to what is the grave of 1,500 souls who lost their lives. NOBODY. That site should be left alone and the 1,500 folks who died on the Titanic left to REST IN PEACE. Having said that, I do hope they find and rescue them before it's too late. I can't imagine how terrified they must be I really can't. Especially the 19 year old who went with his Dad. I pray for a miracle!🙏

I doubt they ever had 96 hours of oxygen. Safety clearly wasn't a priority for the ceo
  • @nuyael
No matter how safe they say, you can never pay me enough to go that deep into the ocean. In fact it doesn't even have to be that deep. I would never; ever do it.
  • The person who pulled out after placing a deposit in has got to be luckiest person on earth

This really is heart breaking... that man brought his son on board and now they are all losing their lives 😢 so unfair!!! I pray for all family!!! Im so sorry guys 😢

It's crazy how the great titanic even after 111 years of it's submerge is teaching humanity a lesson, how it should never get overpowered by its ego ,So please the people and also Titanic herself rest in peace
  • @gonightboat
Even if they can locate it the chances of them being rescued in time is near impossible.
  • @Lynnda86
Praying for the lost, the rescuers and all of their families. ❤🙏🏼
  • @rach1044
Can’t even imagine the trauma they are facing, imagine just waiting not knowing if you will be saved, the more time goes on I wonder if they are thinking if there is even anyone looking and sadly they may never know the amount of effort what has been put in to rescue them, this really is a terrible way to go
  • @susanjane2498
This is just horrific and it fills me with anxiety. It never should have happened in the first place. 😢
  • Best case scenario at this point is that the sub imploded before the passengers realized what happened. In other words, I hope their death was quick and painless. RIP. That being said, very stupid way to die, pointless. The risk was far, far greater than the reward would have been.
  • So horrific and heartbreaking 💔 the ocean is such a big and undiscovered thing of nature. Bless the family and friends of those lost 🙏
  • A lot of people dont seem to realize that its pitch dark down there. A dark void where there is no light. If the sub lost power. They probably cant even see each other, even though they are sitting next to each other. Its horrifying
  • @ApolloFreya
Just imagine needing the rest room sitting down there. It must be a horrible experience in pitch black at the bottom of the Atlantic ocean
  • In the Ocean Gate promo video the CEO shows off the submersible. It looked sketchy at best. Cheaply built is what many people stated. And his refusal to get the submersible tested and certified is highly questionable. Word is no one wanted to insure it!
