One Piece is notorious for having "fans" who follow the story, who don't follow the story...

"Luffy isn't physically strong" What...did we not see this dude lift a fucking gold ball which weighs several tons back in skypiea. Did we not see him lift huge boulders the size of small mountains when he was having a breakdown after Ace's death while being seriously injured. There are a lot of other strength feats from Luffy. I don't know when people will acknowledge his physicality. In One Piece world atleast muscle mass doesn't always equal to more strength. If that were the case then the tontattas wouldn't have been so strong despite being small.

It’s a matter of reading comprehension- Oda. Not everyone has comprehension and some just fly through the manga without remembering names. I’m in favor of people getting into One Piece , but some people are just blatantly limited. Powerscaling in general is insanely toxic in this fanbase, and I’ve made personal strides to look the other way. When you (KOL) and others push those agendas, I just roll my eyes. I’ve grown to appreciate the story more , when not caring about power scaling at all anymore. People will learn the hard way
