IMPORTANT POINT: The dose of thiamine he used is low, and whilst it CAN work for some people, others generally tend to need up to 10-30x that amount in that form. Please refer to my video here for more information:    • How To Start High-Dose Thiamine (Vita...

In this video I interview Wendell, who in 2019 was involved in a car accident and suffered spinal trauma. Within the next few month, he would develop strange health issues including: gastroparesis, mast cell activation syndrome, tremors, chronic fatigue, and dysautonomia. He went from 230lbs to 150lbs in weight. After researching what he could do about it, over a 6-7 month period he began implementing a nutrient protocol step-by-step and gradually began to see massive improvements in his symptoms.

Fast forward to today, although he is not in perfect health yet, he is now 80-85% recovered.

In this interview we discuss what he did!

He is now studying for a bachelors in Neuroscience with the aim of researching POTS/dysautonomia and raising public awareness! You can find him here:

Hey Elliott, it’s Wendell! Thank you for having me on. I’m forever grateful for you raising awareness on such a neglected topic in the medical/naturopathic community. Keep pushing🤍

Oh my goodness, I had a neurologist tell me to go to a psychiatrist when I was searching for what was wrong with me. He said I was tired because I have six kids despite the fact I was a fit gymnastics coach after being a competitive gymnast. I later figured out my own dang self that I had hyperadrenergic POTS and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (The hypermobility type). I figured out not only what I had but the exact type and sought out knowledgeable doctors. I ultimately got my diagnoses at the Cleveland clinic. It is a crime what some doctors put the ill through trying to make them believe things are all in their head.
  • This guy figured out how to use supplements as medicine. He’d make a great doctor or other health care provider. Great story!

Don’t stop making these case study videos. This stuff gives us all hope. That we can get through this horror show alive and well. Thank you for doing this dude

This young man is so smart and wise. I can't imagine going through such trauma but still being able to be so proactive. What a comprehensive investigative process to figure out what the body needs to heal. Great story!
  • Thiamine, magnesium, vit D with K and a multi methylated B have reversed my dysautonomia too.
  • Nutrients like the B vitamins & Magnesium are the ‘stress-management’ nutrients, so any kind of stress or trauma, whatever form it takes, will rapidly deplete them. The Nervous System takes the brunt of any stressful situation, & these nutrients are so crucial for its support. So little is understood about this, & most doctors know diddly-squat about nutrition, so it’s rare that people would know that these nutrients need higher replenishment during & after any ‘assault’, whether physical, emotional or both. So many people have ended up with Dysautonomia symptoms, ataxias, neuropathies, etc during & after CV, after accidents, surgery, Chemo, treatments, drugs/medications/Vx, illness, bereavement, divorce, etc, etc, simply because these crucial nutrients have been wiped out by the stress & trauma.
  • Yep, he is right…the same thing happened to my 86 year old mom. Doctors couldn’t help her, so I took things into my own hands. I gave her D3, K2, Magnesium Malate, Chromium, B complex, B1 Thiamax folate, sea moss, methylene blue and she got her appetite back and is doing great. I took the same protocol for my tinnitus..had my D levels tested twice and it was 125 both times.

Thanks so much for your videos Elliott, I honestly don’t think I would’ve gotten better without them. POTS can be hard to live with, I have EDS and ended up in a wheelchair for the second time in my life 2 years ago needing a bilateral POA surgery, after already having bilateral patella realignments. I went carnivore and was out of the wheelchair in a couple weeks but my gastroparesis got unbearable so I stopped. About 2 months later I relapsed hard and was back in the wheelchair. I decided to avoid the surgery to research further and came across your channel and website. I decided to try carnivore again but with additional supplementation - TTFD (I titrated from 25mg to 150mg), magnesium, potassium, vitamin D and a methyl B complex. This combo with the diet got me out of the wheelchair and off opioids in 3 weeks, no more gastroparesis or POTS symptoms, no more dislocations and it has now been 1.5 years fully walking, no surgery no pain medication and I am also 7 months pregnant. Thank you for your research, information and making it all accessible to those looking for ways to naturally heal/manage health issues. ❤

Wendell is brilliant. Hope he becomes a physician/researcher
  • It's incredible how many medical "professionals" just call everything anxiety they don't know to fix.
  • @excel04
There are some who underestimate the intellect and tenacity it takes to research, apply and then steadfastly commit to a long health regime when your body is that sick. If it's not your body feeling shattered and dysfunctional, your finances invariably depleted and if it's not your finances then it can be hard to keep moral up, especially when you have a condition that's invisible and that others don't understand. I have nothing but respect for Wendell. He's an absolute inspiration and may he continue to regain that extra 20%!
  • @Dedicated_.1
This guy is really smart, his ability to stay logical in an incredibly stressful situation is impressive.
  • This is exactly how you learn what a unique body needs to function optimally. Every person is different, buying into the experiment, paying attention to symptoms, not loading up on a bunch of supplements because someone else on some other blog or web page said all their symptoms resolved with this 1 thing. Experiment…track symptoms, one step at a time.

Similar happens to me. I add B6 and B9 I had to stop oxalates after listening to you. Interesting I had a brain ingury. In my case C5 got affected. Thus explained my suden dyslexia, vertigo, blurry vision, anxiety, confusion and high histamine. Cramps in the night and muscle stiffness Leaving oxalates away slowly getting better and having a neuronal chiropractor that is aligning my head. Had 3 degree tilt in my head. Thank you so much, learning to follow my intuition and get confirmation of what I am doing. Also helps rosin salts bath to encreased magnesium. Also use niacinine I am a designer thus, my brain clarity is essential to survive. Blessing and gratitude from my heart to you and guess!!!!❤
  • Metaprolol made me fall into a dark state of consciousness like I was losing my mind! I took one dose for heart palpitations years ago, and I was babysitting my newborn nephew that day. Things went dark in my mind and I struggled to understand that I was looking at a baby. It seemed like I was looking at a strange thing. I felt no emotion, no love, no bonding. I said to myself, I feel like those women with post partum depression who kill their baby! He wasn’t real to me. I called the doctor and he said to stop taking metaprolol immediately. It was a struggle to call but God helped me and I got through that event . These videos are really helping me. I’ve had health issues for years, labeled fragile, disabled, and after watching your videos I started taking thiamine last week. I still have gallbladder twinges but I went from nearly bedridden to having energy like I used to have 20 years ago. I’m 67 . Thank you so much.

The ttdf thiamine didn't do anything for me. The benfotiamine is the one that actually did something for me. I'm a type 1 diabetic and it reduced my insulin needs by 25% along with other things.
