This video is a new experiment for me because I didn’t script it and for me it was challenging to deliver my thoughts but I wanted to speak now and maybe you need my unpolished thoughts, however one day I will make a perfect done video about this topic. But for now just honest video from me.
  • Thank you for sharing your journey. Modern society makes it so difficult to quit social media!
  • Deleting SM is so hard! I did it for a month and felt amazing....but went back to it since I rely on the income. Good for you though!! xoxo

  • Before i deleted Instagram, I remember how obsessed I was in trying to make my account look presentable. I even did it to try to attract a girl that I was friends with to follow me back. Although we had send a few messages to each other, she never followed me back intel 6 months later when I had to let her know about it. I was so confused as to why a “friend” that you’ve known in real life would forget to follow me back on social media even after messaging each other. 8 weeks later, she unfollowed, and then blocked me with no explanation. How do you think that made me feel? Deleted Instagram, it’s a toxic place.
