To anybody reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind may clarity replace confusion. may peace and calmness fill your life.

And call me a fool all you wish, but I try to imagine a husband of my own, dancing with me slow and loving in a garden surrounded by darkness and thorny roses, as he whispers how he'll keep me forever, in some beautifully macabre way.

This sounds like main menu music for a dope game

A melody comprised of piano notes, and flowing bass strings plucked seems to play endlessly on a particular plot of land. Not a single sound of footsteps can be heard but there was two shadows. It was unknown, who it is, conversing in this time but one bears the shape of horns on their head. The other shorter, only the bare height of a sapling that has not fully grown "How come there's only a rose here? Couldn't you have expanded the gates so you could include those bunches of roses over there?" The short shadow points to the bushes of roses growing on the other side of the gate. Some of its thorns creeping to seep into the territory but never entered. A chuckles follows "That rose, cannot live with the others." "Why?" The short shadow pouted with a frown. "Because it is suspended in time. It's red, is suspended in the blood it drank." "Was it white originally?" The short shadow tilted it's head. "Yes, it was." "Well why did you keep it red then? Can't you.. unsuspend time or something? I don't know." This time a chuckle. "Haha yes, I could revert the time it's suspended in, but I like the color. It's a nice color." The short shadow, as if figured something out, leaned closer as they smirked. "I never knew devil's could love." The horned shadow, a devil shakes it's height. "It's because we can't that I keep it red." A small girly laughter followed suit before the voice slowly echoes and dies down. There was no further answer after that. The devil didn't have to look to see the short shadow beside him was gone. It was as if the conversation never happened, a mere hallucination.

oh my! You have been working to hard my queen! You are a rose, but no devil can hold You! not even in his garden!

It's a grey, gloomy Friday 28, 2024. It's just after midday, and we're in the middle of winter now, here in Adelaide, Australia. I love this weather, I'm rugged up with a hot water bottle (too expensive to use heating), have a roaring youtube fire 🔥 on, with howling wind, and distant thunderstorms, listening to this beautiful music and reading my book. Very enjoyable. Pensive, poignant sounds ... and a nifty image that conjures up thoughts of Wuthering Heights or Wayne Manor. That's just the sort of house that one would expect a coach to arrive at, and a youngish Vincent Price exits it in 19th century garb.
