Sue the neighbor for harassment. Sue the city for allowing themselves to be used in a civil disagreement. That will stop them both.

I used to have a neighbor like this (now deceased) They called city inspector a lot and even complained that I don't spray my yard with weedkiller. I told the inspector that if I got harassed one more time that I would see him and the neighbor in court. Never heard from him again.

Please follow up on this story! We need to support this woman and her family, maybe by even writing to the city, HOA to ensure that they do the right thing.

That woman has been waiting all of her adult life to tell everyone (via the local news) that she drives a Mercedes!

That woman is using the local government to do her legal dirty work. They are bullying that poor woman for this tyrant. From the way the land is sloped, there has never been any rocks from that yard over in her driveway. She's a bully.

Please keep on this story! No one should have to deal with this kind of harassment! The city should be telling the complaining neighbor to kick rocks. It should be illegal to have a lien on your home over rocky landscaping. Unreal.

Both her & the city should get an award for being very heartbreaking towards innocent victims of harassment. The city needs to be sued immediately!
