Anan,paiku and unshu is the best kata!:)

While you cannot say this kata is not good, i believe the sport versions of the Okinawan katas lose some of the subtleties that the original versions have. Very good no doubt but i believe the more sport karate takes over the more we lose of what the old masters wished to pass down through the katas.

Look up Sakumoto doing this one....it's not in Goju... I know some Shito Ryu do it and Ryuei Ryu...Diaz is one of the best in competition kata that I've seen in WKF.
