  • Enjoyed the tour, that's a beautiful area. Love the mountain views in the background.
  • That area looks amazing! Beautful topography, flora & fauna. So different to south Florida.
  • I just needed to watch this after getting soaked in the rain and wind coming back from the gym here in grey cloudy london lol
  • Thanks for taking us along for the bike ride. Good luck with your future home purchase. Cheers! :)

New subscriber here.. love your vids! We moved from UK to Australia.. Now living in Canada but considering a move to USA.. Summerlin looks like an hour north of Perth in Australia! Aus is ok but you’re right when you say you feel far away.. we really felt remote! It was difficult to travel.. unless you wanted to go to Bali lol Been in Canada for a couple of years now.. the longer winter and legal cannabis are the 2 things we dislike the most.. I’m a teacher.. not sure I could afford those Summerlin house prices on a teacher’s salary lol.. What do you do for work? You both seem to travel a lot?

Hey A&S way, we just saw your Summerlin video on your YouTube. I guess we’re your neighbors same community 214.. 💜🇺🇸
  • Looks great. It's raining here in the UK. 😂. Bro, if you don't post a video of you at the Tupac Vegas shooting spot (flamingo and koval), I'm going to unsubscribe... OK I'm not because my wife loves the vids and says you're as cantankerous about the UK as me. 😂. And we need the videos as research for when we move to Florida... But you get my drift.

It's unfortunate that in places like Nevada most houses are NOT built with a basement. If you had a basement you could put your gym in the Basement and probably have a lot of room left over. If you have a single story home that is 2,300 square feet, you basement would miot likely have the same dimensions as your house BUT, by adding in the square footage of the basement your house would then be essentially 4,600 square feet! My house is a simple, single story "Ranch Style" that is 1,500 square feet. With my basement I have 3,000 square feet of living space!.....and a 2 car garage on top of that!!

Don’t move to Australia from the US if you’re a professional, yes it’s better than the UK on most points but overall the US is much better for people who have drive.
