In this video, we take a tour of a 4-bedroom condo in Woodlands.

Belonging to Ken, the design director of Urban Home Design, this home is the perfect balance of form and function. Lofts and full-height bunk beds make full use of the 3.5-metre ceiling height, while platforms and stairs double up as storage space.

Additionally, it was also designed to encourage bonding, with an open layout that allows the family to spend quality time together.

With its MUJI-inspired white-and-wood look, this home boasts a clean, timeless appeal that is also warm and cosy.

Our thanks to Ken for opening up his beautiful home to us!

Where he bought the table from? I guess the chair is from Muji.

How important is that wall he mentioned? Is that one of the supportive walls which use for holding the structure of the place?

Tried working before with my legs hanging like that and it did not work for long hours worktime. My thigh and legs almost had cramps. It might work for lightweight people.

is the plant real? Wonder how to maintain it?

Quite a nice home and video…spoiled by the owner’s narration/ voice. Muting the video made it more enjoyable.
