there was actually a real problem with reddish-brown lego pieces breaking for a little while. the issue was likely due to the chemical composition of the specific dye that caused the notorious “brittle brown” pieces. it has been addressed and solved as of now, but pieces made before 2018, when they implemented the changes, are more susceptible to cracking after use. 8:41 it can remove enchantments to get xp back, you can use it to repair items, or you can use it because its a villager's workstation
