If you shoot the knee and "groin" plates of an Atlas after taking out their shields, they are going to stagger and take a lot of a damage. Specially good when using a sniper. I've discovered that after maaany years playing ME3 multiplayer.

I'm guessing it's more difficult to run with the package objective - speed increase from hunter mode probably throws off your rhythm.
