My family moved to Las Vegas when I was five. Without any exaggeration every couple years someone has came out with a grand plan for high speed train service to Southern California. At least back then we had regular train service. Oh, and by the way, I’m 68 now. So don’t expect me to hold my breath waiting.

The ugly room photo at 2:31 is for the “remodeled” Rio casino hotel not Fontainebleau lmao.

I have lived and worked in Las Vegas Nevada for the past 28 years and I love, love love my city! I have been able to build a wonderful life here and made a very good living and built a solid retirement plan by relocating here from upstate New York (the snow and humidity Mecca), the reason I moved was to start a new and fresh life where I could provide a better financial future for myself and my young son. That is a fly what I was able to do! Vegas is a city like no other! We continue to grow and prosper every year since I arrived here! Please come as a visitor because we want to treat our tourist well and I can honestly say that I love our visitors and welcome you here with open arms. Thanks for posting this wonderful video of my great city and showing how much we have to offer now and well into the future!💕hugs, Paula from vegas

F1 racing results in the chopping down of the trees in front of the Bellagio fountain. This will be great for the Las Vegas environment.

The Fountainbleau is f-i-n-a-l-l-y set to be completed. A lot of fits and starts. Resorts World across the street is nice. It won't be much different or nicer than Wynn or Resorts World. Wish them luck.

I never felt any regrets of moving out here from Chicago. It's an exciting town with people coming from everywhere of the country and the world.

Awww The Vegas to LA Xpress train or bullet train. Reminds me of the book, The Little engine that could, however it has been stuck on the mountain since 2005.

I move from NY Manhattan to Vegas 12 years ago, doubts, questions, "why Vegas?" There are questions and uncertainty when I decided to move to Vegas, especially we just had a one year old. The answer is now.... - If you work in hotel industry, looking for busy as hell life without worrying tomorrow have no job. move here. - Easy travel to everywhere, flights are available all year long. I love driving to Disneyland LA or Huntington beach.... - There are no "Perfect Place to Live", too hot here? I was born in Taiwan and you may try the 105F with 99% humidity.... not here. - Real estate is booming, renting is not easy and more expensive compare to 10 yrs ago. - No state tax. - New houses and community. Welcome to Vegas and thank you Vegas! My city!
