Who Kovu’s REAL Parents Are In The Lion King...

Disney could’ve made a movie about scar and zira’s past but noooo they had to make a live version of the same movie

I remember a headcanon from a lion king series in which kovu and vitani were the children of zira’s sister and her mate and zira adopted them after the parents died

Vitani is adopted, Kovu is adopted, and Nuka is Scar and Zira’s real biological child

At this point does anybody else think that the reason they didn't specify Kovu as the son of another lion was because they wanted to leave it up to fans to speculate about Kovu's biological father, or were they just short on time after repeatedly stating that it wasn't Scar? Edit: I believe that Zira and Scar had Nuka and Zira befriended Chumvi and had Vitani and Kovu with him before he either died or left the pride.

Kovu's parents had to be within the Night Pride. Nuka is Scar's son, and Nuka had the same traits as Scar and Zira. Kovu on the other hand is a good guy, and he does look alike to the Night Pride.

I think that Chumvi and Kula are Kovu's parents because both of them have Brown fur and Chumvi has the same pshycal appereance as kovu according to fan art, I think Kovu got Green eyes from another family member

You go from the fact the cubs are around the same age. Scar would have died by the time Kovu was born. It could just be Zera saying it all because he looked like her king.

Zira outright tells Simba in the lion king 2 movie that Kovu was the last born before they were exiled. That outright confirms he's her cub.

I don’t believe scar ever seen Kovu because he is the same age as Kiara who is simbas second child scar would have already been dead when kovu was born But for the ones who believe vitani is nalas secret that would make Kiara the third child of nalas… I just don’t believe she is because again she wouldn’t be the same age as Kiara she would of been born before Koba simba and nalas first born who is shown at the end of the first lion king

She saw that cub as a sign that scar has returned. So she killed those lions and took the cub for herself. She named the cub Kovu as claimed he was Scar’s chosen heir ( reincarnation) Plus in the deleted scene of how she phrased herself as Scar’s “devoted Queen”. She was definitely in delusional thinking scar saw her that way when he rather try to win over Nala or Sarabi to be his Queen. 7:58 as for Kovu bio parents. One theory I have is Kula and one of Simba’s cousins Mtoto as Kovu’s biological parents.

When i was little my sister used to tell me i was adopted and my mom pick me up from the trash i cried so much to the point my mom had to show me the VHS tape of her giving birth to me it was disgusting so let’s take what kovu older sibling said with a grain of salt 😂

In the Lion Guard show, there is a lion at the trre of life that could be his father, because even he has brown fur and mane; we're speaking about Surak, Rani and Baliyo's uncle.

Given Kovu's fur and mane color, one of his biological parents was a night pride lion, as The Lion Guard is canon. Scar's mother, Uru, was likely a member of night pride too, which explains why Scar's mane and fur color is similar to Kovu's and so different from all the pridelanders.

Kovu was never meant to be Scar's son for the romance between him and Kiara to make sense, basically making them cousins if he was related to Scar. Nuka and Vitani were his children, Nuke was a failure and Vitani was female, he saw potential in Kovu and chose him as his successor.
