A correct analysis, maybe if the Conservative Party had been "Conservative" for the last 14 years they would not be in the mess they are now!
  • @SloMoShort
Reform have only 5 seats but will have the biggest voice in British politics for years
  • Mogg should join Reform - he aligns totally with the People's Contract.
  • As far as i know Mogg has never flip flopped on his opinions or arguements unlike most politicians, he does at least need respect for that.
  • Reform 14% and 4 seats. LibDem 12% and 71 seats!! Reform came second in 98 constituencies. Election reform is badly needed. Labour with just 34% only up 2% on 2019. Congratulations to Nigel.

Sorry to see Rees-Mogg lose his seat. He was one of the few conservatives left in the party.
  • A big thank you to the voters of Clacton. You have started a positive change and I am grateful to each and every one of you!
  • Mogg you are not the opposition mate...that is gone and so is your party , the new right is Reform
  • Lucky Clacton! You couldn’t be better represented! I’m sure your votes will be well rewarded, and Clacton will become more prosperous year by year.

Conservative Party has lost its way politically. Jacob Rees-Mogg is one of a dozen or so who were actually conservative and sadly he lost his seat because of the rest of them ruining their Party’s reputation.
  • Well done, Mr Mogg. Gallant in defeat and showing modesty, courtesy, and example to everyone. I myself voted for Reform.

Nigel, you had the people. So proud of you!

I’m for Reform but I’m sad Mr Reese -Mog lost his seat. The gentleman is gone who was an asset sad
  • Spot on Jacob RM! Such a shame he lost his seat, the Tories will not learn from this. Next time Reform will win and Nigel will become PM… the Tories haven’t just lost, they are completely lost!
