US President Joe Biden was ruthlessly mocked online after he appeared “confused” and a “slurring mess” during an address at the White House on Monday.

Social media users on X roasted the 81-year-old’s struggles to read off a teleprompter.

President Biden delivered a speech at a Jewish American Heritage Month event at the White House Rose Garden.

During his speech, the 46th president promised to continue his support of Israel and return all hostages kidnapped by Hamas.

President Biden’s speech in support of Israel and Jewish Americans came at an important time.

Following the International Criminal Court's (ICC) recent arrest warrants, the 46th president asserted Israel was not committing war crimes in Gaza.

The ICC issued an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant on Monday.

The warrants, brought forward by British prosecutor Karim Khan, also extend to three Hamas leaders.
