Thank you, Ayla!๐ I really appreciated the breathing exercises prior to the official practice, as I have been desperate for Ease and Equanimity for weeks now. โฎ๏ธโฏ๏ธ Thank you. And the body scan was one of my favorites, as it helped me to visualize and sense each vertebra, individually. I found it quite helpful to focus on the muscles around the spinal column as well and got a great deal of physical and mental relief from this practice. The use of music was creative, effective and enjoyable, and your voice was clear, calm, and beautiful all the way through. Fantastic job, Ayla!๐๐ค๐๐งโโ๏ธ

I was experiencing a sharp tickling in my throat causing me to cough violently at the beginning of this practice. (Allergies) But once I was able to connect with my sankalpa it all just drifted away. My sankalpa is 'I am healing' I realised that this is not simply something that is happening to me. Healing is a way of being. Both giving and receiving. Thank you, as always x

What a beautiful practice. It is interesting to observe acceptance and resistance, and how they affect our bodies like if we were in a river flowing with it or swimming against the stream. Moreover, a good Thich Nath Hanh reminder is mindful breathing to bring our mind back home, to this very present moment. Thank you so much, Ayla.
