You reminded me of this quote: "Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one." — Marcus Aurelius

I really needed this, I've been just addicted to youtube videos because i think it'll give me knowledge about improving my life but i already do know what i should do i just dont do it... this kind of consistent self awareness is what i and many people need. thank you for creating :)
  • Fact: Almost everyone who clicked this video wants to stop seeing self improvement videos and start their grind.

Welp, I’m now stuck in a loop of watching videos telling me to stop watching self improvement videos

''You only need 20% information to get 80% results''
  • You just red my mind. That's what I'm talking about. This is also an addiction. Speaking a lot about improving and letting things go, but actually staying as a consumer of self improvement. People need to LIVE REAL LIFE AND QUIT SOCIAL MEDIA. 💯

Awesome video man, I totally agree with you. Most of those videos are just a dopamine hit and nothing else. I stopped watching those videos and I was recently shocked when I found a "banned" ebook on Forbidden Pages. I was rly depressed and procrastinated so much, but picking up this book and actually applying the knowledge helped me out a lot.

This video really does have an excellent point: taking action is the most important part Same sh*t, different day. Don’t want the same sh*t? Do something different.

i was also trapped in information overloading, i was reading so many self improvement books , watching self development videos that came on my feed, then i realize that i have been just increasing my knowledge but i am not executing it, if you are getting knowledge but u are not taking actions then that knowledge goes in vain, i hope this video reaches out to everyone who is facing the problem of information overloading, thanks for this video people need it.
  • Good point. I find myself watching self improvement videos, making to-do lists and plans, but then feeling like thats enough. and i dont really spend the actual time on it. its just mental masturbation, it becomes a form of procrastination or a form of entertainment. im trying so hard to really live that life with consistency but damn...
  • Planning to do a 6 month social media break. Who’s with me ?? 💪🏼
  • @trxpho._
Started self improvement but went back to my old ways as soon as i saw results and now I'm stuck

"If you click on this video I taught you nothing" lmaooo 💀

Learning is motion, doing is action 💪 And remember that what you do makes your identity.

Crazy thing is I started procrastinating when I started watching self improvement videos. Before self improvement I just took action because I knew what I needed to do and now I am addicted to watching these self improvement videos. My life was 100 times more productive when Addison Rae was on my fyp and now I am just a lazy mf with all these self help gurus on my fyp.

God bless to all the people who are still fighting to get onto the correct path 💗💗
  • I never knew people had this problem. It took me one motivational video to just start working out, eating well and pursuing my dreams. I just watch those videos daily to see if theres anything new to learn. But its nice that you are posting this for people that do struggle with these issues!
