In this video I’m going to teach you the simple breath-holding technique that helped me heal my Brain Fog.

This science-backed approach has helped me enormously in my recovery from burnout and long covid. So if you’re feeling foggy, if you are struggling to concentrate or your brain is feeling really sluggish, this video can show you how to go from brain fog, to clarity.

If you are experiencing brain fog, you know that it can be pretty unpleasant. Some people find that they can’t concentrate, for others it’s a dullness or sense of mental fatigue.

So in this video I’m going to share some of what I’ve learnt from my brain fog journey, how certain types of breathing techniques can help, and then I’ll guide you through one of the exercises so that you can experience it for yourself.

Also, what’s really exciting is that there are a whole group of breathing exercises called the Buteyko Method that can be used to permanently cure brain fog, for some people anyway, so stay tuned to the end of the video, and I’ll give you some more information about those.

  • I used to think 'brain fog' was fake until I had covid TWICE! I experiened some brain fog the first time I caught covid, but it went away after a few months. Unfortunately I caught covid again and now I am going on over a year with mild to severe brain fog to the point that I go into panic attacks. I've seeked medical help for months and nothing has worked. It has gotten to the point where doctors think I am making it up or I am losing my mind. Your breathing exercise have definitely been of great help. Although I still have brain fog from time to time, it is not as severe and I have not experienced any further panic attacks. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING THIS VIDEO WITH THE WORLD! I feel it has definitely saved my life, thank you.

I liked when he said: "In order to get benefits, you have to actually do it and not just know about it"😊

If I am finding myself talking and suddenly I forget what I was talking about, I do 3 days prolong fasting, then OMAD to lower my insulin level and what a miracle, I no longer forget I was talking about. I no longer feel old.
  • Yeah, this is why people say to breathe into a bag when having a panic attack. CO2 increase actually signals the body to absorb more O2. This is a tried and true method, and is also key to anaerobic exercise.
  • From past 1 Year, I was struggling from brain fog.. This video has literally changed my life. I was practicing this exercise before going to sleep and after waking up. Thanks to the creator of this video. You deserve more views on this video brother..
  • @TheRealDrWho
One of the main causes of brain fog is stress and anxiety, so just for that this exercise will work well. Meditation can also help if people have already started to calm with this breathing.❤

You are a magician...for over 2 weeks i have been suffering with brain fluid and mucus flowing down into the throat through nasal lining with severe headache...after following your exercise for 5 minutes I can see my headache vanish....much love and thanks to you...🙏🥰✨💯✅
  • This 15 min video says to do this: Breath into nose, let air out through nose, then pinch nose closed while counting backwards from 5 to 1. Then calmly breath in through nose and out through nose a few times then repeat.
  • @e_i_e_i_bro
Always wondered why swimming made me so calm. It's the breath holding.
  • @Xaugebk247
I’ve just found your videos via recommendation by someone and it has helped me so much in just 2 days with my asthma thank you
  • @angelam2261
Did this and my brain fog cut down about 50%. Will definitely be doing this more often! Thank you!
  • I have to say that I was skeptical at first, but i have so much brain fog that I decided to try and was amazed at the feeling of clarity and calming at 11:30. Thank you so much.!
  • Thank you so much for this. I found you after finding Wim Hof when looking to recover lung capacity after having covid. I tried this technique this morning from you and noticed better clarity almost immediately. As an often stressed out 40 year old man, with work and family challenges, I have felt burned out a lot these last 2 years. The world needs more people like you, sharing techniques and ways for us all to manage life better. Thank you so much 🙏🏾
  • @clennam62
This really works. A welcome side effect is that my hands (often cold) warmed up during the exercise. Many supposed experts say “in through the nose, out through the mouth” but I firmly believe the nose is always better.
  • @HoTiiiii
I had very severe brain fog problems, and I still experience it from time to time, but the most important thing in fighting it is a good diet and physical exercise, especially intense exercise. That worked for me.
  • @Stricky31
This really helped me. I didnt think it would. I get brain fog on certain days of my cycle as a female. My diet was spot on for "brain fog" relieving foods and I still had it. I came across this video and this technique gave me relief. Thank you so very much for sharing.
  • @andurk
I have been in a horrible brain fog for about two years and my life quality has been very low. I am utterly surprised to do your technique and find that it actually clears out the fog - not completely but I absolutely notice some very noteable positive changes. Thank you so much, you are giving me true hope for the future here! I will keep on doing this every day. My goodness - everyone should know about this. I honestly feel like you just saved my life. Thank you so so much.
  • @shelleybr63
Wow!! After just a few breaths my vision became much sharper and I felt great. I really appreciate you for sharing this!!
