IT'S ALL MY FAULT WE CAN'T HAVE KIDS! ๐Ÿ˜ฐ [Finding out we can't have kids because of my azoospermia]

Published 2021-04-09
It's all my fault we cant have kids. In this video I take you on a journey to the day I find out that I am unable to have kids. My wife and I have been trying to get pregnant for years and NOTHING was happening. My wife, Cherish, went to numerous OBGY doctors over the years and was diagnosed with PCOS. As a joke, we decided that I would do a Semen Analysis just to see if everything with me was working ok. I scheduled my appointment and it was the most awkward procedure I have ever done. When the deed was done we awaited for my results and then D-Day happened to us. When we opened the results our world came crashing down. My brain physically shut down when I stared upon those results and there were nothing but zeroes and asterisks. At the bottom of the results it stated that I was diagnosed with Azoospermia. That means that I was not producing any sperms what so ever. Obviously without any sperm means that we physically can not get pregnant. It was so devastating to come to the realization that we were not able to have any children (well at least not the easy, fun, cheap, and natural way). It took be about a week to come to grips dealing with my male infertility. We shared our weight loss journey, our debt free journey, and not there is another obstacle that we must over come which will be our infertility journey. I hope that this video helps anyone dealing with infertility and that you are not alone.

My husband and I have received the same news. I have PCOS and he has no count. Itโ€™s good to take the time to process and mourn the dream of how you thought parenthood would happen. Parenthood does come in many different ways. Take the time to feel all the feels. You guys got this.

I wish you the best for your future. We adopted a 12 year old girl. Today she is 28 years old. It was very quick because she had no parents and she had 3 failed adoption attempts. I know it is very difficult to adopt a baby. Perhaps an older children is a start and in the meantime who knows... Best wishes Maria Viana

I know a couple that both had issues and couldn't get pregnant. They tried for 7 YEARS and they tried everything possible ,finally they decided that the wife body is so tired of all the treatments and they decided to stop trying. A year after she naturally conceived!! Dont lose hope โค

Sharing your story will help so many. My husband and I were in the same situation. We tried for 5 years and found out my husband doesnโ€™t produce speed either. After coming to terms with it 3 years ago we found a sperm donor and now have a beautiful son. Itโ€™s the best thing we could have ever done and he is 100% my husbands son. He may not be biological but he is his mini for sure. If you are concerned about the cost of sperm donation you will be so surprised how inexpensive it actually it is!!
  • Iโ€™m sure opening up and sharing this will help others, too. So thank you for sharing. You guys will be great parents and there are many other options out there. Wishing you all the best. Donโ€™t give up!

I just found you two channel again, I've been searching for it for so long. So sorry about the news ๐Ÿ˜ญ why do bad things happen to good people. But if you have a dream if there's a will there's a way!!!!
  • @jujn4l
Iโ€™m sorry! I hope you find some answers or alternatives. You guys will be great parents.
  • My heart goes out to both of you. You are both wonderful people, and I know you will be wonderful parents - no matter how that happens! Have faith - the way will open. I didn't hear it in the video - did they say whether it was obstructive or non-obstructive azoospermia? If it is the former, there may be options you can pursue, though maybe it will take some time if you want to get yourselves financially in a good place before undergoing corrective surgeries for that. Keep the faith! You are both amazing, wonderful people!
  • For the women's side out there, dear ladies with pcos...I have pcos and have four children. Pcos is overemphasized as a reason for infertility. My heart goes out to you both.
