  • It's not always just about making gains and looking better. For many of us the gym is an outlet. Where we can empty our heads and put all negative things into the weights. Those who know the feeling know. For everyone going through shit, keep pushing. Hope you all have a good session today ✊

People don't realize how awesome it is to lift.

Branch Warren reminds me so much of the way I grew up. I had coaches that acted, sounded, and nearly looked like him. When he says things like, "sometimes the thing you hate the most is the thing you need to do the most," it feels like a direct call out to my childhood self.
  • I am an ifbb pro in the 212 division wanting to come back as i train for the Chicago Pro in July. This video is what i needed to get through this training session...

@4:20 Branch: Sometimes the things you hate to do the most are the things you need to do the most.
  • Those who suffer addictive tendencies benefit hugely from training. It requires habitual behaviour in order to get anywhere with it. An excellent outlet for those of us who struggle with addiction.
  • I'm nowhere near as big as these guys but I can honestly say the things they were saying about the motivation and heart they give in the gym and how they feel was 100% relatable to me. NGL, it feels damn good knowing I have these Rhinos similarities.
  • Waited for such video! Putting all emotions into the weights 🔥🔥🔥 best preworkout vids!

I feel so happy in the gym really does help block the outside world for awhile.
