I find it baffling that a medical professional of his standard, chose to walk more than 2 miles in that heat & rocky terrain. Surely he must have known it wasn't exactly a safe option when you have a boat that could take you there in minutes? Not saying anything is suspicious about it, just really surprised by his very costly error of judgement.

I find his death very strange. He was a physician, and he went in scorching heat to walk a treacherous rocky terrain, without water, without a phone on him, with an umbrella to shield from sun. This was reckless for this doctor to do. He knew about heat strokes; I wonder why this medical professional would make a decision like that.

He simply got lost...I assume that's why he climbed up high - (in order to get his bearings?). Ordinarily, this wouldn't be a huge problem. On this occasion, in these conditions. it was. Tragic.
