    It's really amazing experience. Mai daily dekh kr ignore kr rhi thi n presan ho rhi thi apni life ko lekar but Aaj Maine socha ki course ke sath isko ek bar try kr liya Jaye may be kuch solution mil jaye ..... Aaj Maine first time try Kiya n I can't believe mughe apne decision ko Lena aasan ho gya man constintaly 3 option pr aakar ruk gya n aisa feel hua ki inme ek option 100% work krega.....     Sir Maine apni zindigi ka rock bottom hit kr diya Tha.. mujhe suicidal feel hone lag gaya Tha.. but ye Tha galat Hai ye, mujhe Pura haq Hai khush hone ka.. apke is meditation ne meri life save kr di.. haraki pareshani abhi bhi Hai but Himmat aa gai Hai.. Thank-you sir .. 🙏
