I call my style modern, mature bohemian. At my age too much volume and layers just causes a hazard when walking and cooking😄

I'm so enjoying hearing and seeing your plans and inspiration. It's really making me think about my own wardrobe and style. Thanks!!
  • Thanks to something you said today, I have settled on "Effortless, elevated essentials". Like a previous poster ideally I would add "warm midtone colors" and "unique twists".
  • This is really inspiring me to take a deeper look at planning my wardrobe. Putting a story for your ‘girl’ really helps to drill down to the look.

The color that you showed brought to my mind the word "marigold".

This is brilliant, love the description your husband came up with

Gorgeous pins on your board, very romantic. The color choices are definitely talking to me. I am calling the color ochre or is it ocher, yellow earth. Lady McElroy has a denim that is close.

What absolutely gorgeous Pinterest boards - I totally aspire to this aesthetic and colour palette

I love your inspo clothes. They're definitely my type and colour clothes too. Talking about dark brown linen, I think Rainbow fabrics may have some of that. They have a dark brown linen that may be what you're looking for 😊

Oh, and I bought a fabric once that was the kind of greeny-mustard colour you were talking about and it was called Goldenrod, so I'd go with "dark goldenrod"

Love your boards and hope you make them public. The colour you were questioning I would call curry or possible turmeric….very spicy😅
  • That color might be called Citron? Basically it's a cool mustard (muted yellow with a little blue in it that reads greenish). The color is so pretty, I hope you can find the perfect fabric! Your entire color palette is so rich and sumptuous, and I think it's a gorgeous direction to take your wardrobe in. I can definitely see you in all of your inspiration outfits. This is so much fun! I'm struggling with my style words right now as the season changes. I was in a really Edgy and Artsy groove with my winter dressing, but not sure how to keep that going in summer when I want relaxed silhouettes, which easily swallow me up.

Hi Theresa , lovely video. Sew Me Something has quite a few washed linens and linen mixes, in colours you might like. One is called Warm Spice and that looks similar to the colour you show on your Pinterest board. They have some nice corduroy too.

Loving this series. You've done such a great job figuring out what works for you! I'm being a sluggard but you've given me more ideas to work with.
  • That’s so cool, your husband definitely captured your mood vibe. I thought it said the year of Septembers. I love those mustardy ochre shades and the rusty floral 🧡💛
