Hubby saw a meteor coming from Gemini just at totality. A meteor on the winter solstice during a total lunar eclipse is very cool!
We had 2 next door neighbors come out to see totality, so we had an impromptu solstice celebration. I did a little dancing in the street! Horses heard us and Twistur gave a little nicker for attention. I went to feed the horses some hay and clouds moved over obscuring the 2nd half of the eclipse.
