The U.S. is being hit by a trifecta of heat, fires and a tropical storm. NBC News' Guad Venegas is on the ground in Texas to show the flooding some areas are dealing with. Corpus Christie, Texas city manager Peter Zanoni joins Ana Cabrera to share more on the conditions.

    Remember in order for there to be climate change it has to a departure of 30 years from normal. In my neck of the woods, according to my own diaries, it has changed over the 56 years I kept them.
