Fright Wigs for Dolls

www.bjdcollectasy.com/ These wigs are made with wool roving with a simple needle felting technique. They take very little time to create. The dolls used in the project are Doll Leaves JiaJia and Ku and Sugar by doll artist Bo Bergemann.

Could you use a wig cap instead of felt if you cut the foam block to fit inside the wig cap and move it around as you go or would this not work at all?
