3:08 just my personal opinion, but that is the most dry and sad Mac n' cheese I have ever seen in my life and I'm not even a chef myself.

Lol at the girl talking about adding vodka to the sauce… “Gigi didn’t add vodka, maybe because she was pregnant but I’m not gonna add vodka because I don’t drink.” 😂😂😂 For anyone who doesn’t understand why this is funny: When you cook with vodka, or wine etc., it literally cooks all of the alcohol out of whatever you’re making if you do it correctly. It’s estimated that after only about 15 minutes of heat, less than 40% of the alcohol is actually left. So if you want to completely rid yourself of the alcohol content, 30-45 minutes should do it. Even if you don’t cook it that long though, the remaining alcohol content would be so low in the dish that you’d have to consume GALLONS to even cop a buzz lol.

I made the viral feta pasta and I have an improvement for. I tried making it and the tomato peels bothered me a lot. Either you blend the sauce after baking everything instead of smashing with a fork or you boil the tomatoes for like 10 seconds and peel them before baking. It it much smoother that way.

The on the go pasta recipe that I do every time I’m just lazy af I just stir fry half an onion and like 3 cloves of garlic then add sriracha, a little bit of soy sauce and heavy cream, can’t forget cheese 🧀 if I’m feeling fancy I add oyster sauce and some veggies and meat, but we know we just wanna eat as fast as possible.
