Linklight returns to the workshop for Rivals of Aether which gives you access to custom new characters or mods! In this video I check out another Deltarune character, Noelle Holiday. The newest iteration of Noelle in the workshop and my personal favorite. The animations and moveset were super refreshing and a blast to play.

the upb attack is a reference to how on the ferris wheel, noelle states that she would grow wings and fly away when shes persuaded that its a dream

Here's a fun fact: This Noelle has a God Mode that can even rival Chara. Not only that, I've seen in some cases that Noelle's God Mode can Auto-Activate in some cases on Lv. 9 against God Enemies on specific stages. TO make God Mode exist normally, it's the same as any other God Mode, using Lv. 1. You should be afraid.
