I understand. The wind can be so disrespectful lol. I’ve had several falls because of the wind. My table ended up looking so bad because of it. I made it work though lol

That organiser doesn’t seem very reliable or professional that’s twice they’ve not been great for you. Will you use them again? I’m always astonished at the prices I hear being paid for a space at a market, here the most we’ve paid is £50 and it was an absolutely incredible experience.
