Legendary US rock band Jane's Addiction live at Trinity College Dublin as part of the Trinity Summer Series. Excepts from classic albums like Nothing's Shocking and Ritual de lo Habitual. The band started the new Los Angeles music scene in the late 1980s along others like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Faith No More, Pixies and Rage Against the Machine. Bridging the gap between metal, grunge and alternative rock that would define the '90s, Jane's Addiction brought a new brand of rock music, influenced by punk, hard rock, and psychedelia. Truly original, unsung heroes.

Thanks for recording and sharing man, great to relive the gig again. Was somewhere in the mosh just behind you. Great concert.
  • I have loved Jane's Addiction since the beginning. Yes I'm old but I know perfection when I hear and experience it. JA is better than ever! Perry is a musical genius! His voice is So unique and versatile. Dave's guitar sounds better than ever, sounds like there's 3 or 4 guitars on stage with him. Eric's bass adds so much more dark and creepy vibes than ever before! Last but definitely not least, Stephen's drumming is so spot on/technical and just brings the whole feel good vibes and experience together. JA is definitely firing on all cylinders and are really delivering the best concerts of their careers! Each concert is a journey together that I just don't experience with other bands and the fans!

Awesome. It was a great gig. great venue too.
  • So very happy to see Dave back with the band. There was no way I would ever go see them again without him. I hope these four have truly buried the hatchet and keep making music before Perry's voice goes the way of Paul Stanley's.
  • They sound better than they have in a long time . I might actually see this cause I never saw them at their peak.

I hope the people behind you didn't mind having to watch the gig through your phone

Perry's throat was obviously in bad shape due to illness but still a great show
