At 48, Roy Orbison's Son FINALLY Admits What We All Suspected

With a career spanning over three decades, Rock icon Roy Orbison was one of the most influential musicians of his generation.

Rocking the sixties with hits like 'Oh, Pretty Woman' and 'Crying', Roy cemented himself as one of the leading stars of the 1960s, before finding a successful career resurgence two decades later. However, Roy’s life was not a bed of rocking roses. After facing numerous tragedies and eventually passing on at the peak of his career resurgence, his son Alex has finally come forward to admit what we've always suspected about his dad. What is it, you ask? Let's get right into it.

I'm a huge fan of Roy Orbison as I grew up from childhood. I'm disappointed, you failed to mention one of Roy's biggest hits, "Blue Bayou," and where it fell during Roy's music career. 🙏 RIP ROY ORBISON 🙏
  • Roy was one of a kind. Singer, songwriter, and sweet guitar player. Only the lonely was one of my all-time favorites .

The Black and White Concert is a remarkable recording of Orbison's world and talent.
  • Watched Roy Orbison in concert in Auckland New Zealand in 1964. His singing touched my heart. RIP dear man.❤
  • Many people feel an extremely deep love for Roy's music. We do more than just listen to his music: it goes straight to our hearts. I'm touched by the friendship that lives among his three sons.
  • Elvis, Roy, and Rick Nelson were my go to singers of the 1960s!!! These legends made my childhood years a thing of wonder and beauty 😍!!! I miss them terribly!!!

Roy, like Elvis and Cash, was a real gift to us. I'm so grateful I was a teen in the 50s and 60s. What a great time to be alive. Thanks, Roy.
  • I worshpped Roy. His first 5 notes to Oh Pretty Woman made me dance around as a 6 year old. He was my inspiration for studying music and patiently waiting tll I got a guitar at age 13. 55 years later I still think of him as the best voice . Even my 80 year old neighbours still borrow the Traveling Wilburys DVD for extended periods of time. He'll go down in musical history as a great, if not, the best singer ever. No-one can match that sound and the octave ranges he could sing. A true great.

I saw Roy live in London and wow what a show, it was around 72 /73. I remember driving with a friend to a club here in Perth Western Australia when the news came over the radio about Roy's passing, absolutely devastating, he will live on forever with his music 👏👏👏🎶⭐🙏
  • It's amazing how an old '60s song can instantly transport you back in time to a specific emotional feeling, such as sadness, happiness, loneliness, or love.

Met Roy at one of his Concerts in the 80's. A true Gentleman and very respectful towards the individual who were there to hear him belt out his Music. Thankful that we have his recordings so as long as we have them, he will never be far from us.
  • The Travelling Willberries were great, not just their music but they all looked like they were having a great time. Shame we have lost so many of them. Thanks for the great music and memories. The tribute gig they played for George Harrison was unbelievably great especially for Dhani Harrison, he was a awe especially when Prince came on. OMG I will remember that for the rest of my life. ❤❤❤❤❤
