Can Phantom Ganon BEAT the Calamity in Breath of the Wild??

It's finally Halloween month!! 🎃 We will be dedicating this time to some fun themed runs/playthroughs revolved around the spooky season - Hope you all enjoy!! :_CrotonHype:

I've always wanted to see a "regular hylian" run where you defeat the blights and ganon with just the travelers gear, hylian clothing, and anything labeled "daily use item" like the pot lid, farming hoe, or mop. I just think the idea of link being this regular dude is quite funny

Just dropping this here. A Tingle challenge where you must beat the game with all the divine beasts and all great fairies freed (in order to become a true fairy). You can only use the Tingle armor set and Forest Dweller's equipment. You wouldn't have access to any of the Devine Beast abilities (and of course, all mandatory items are allowed).

You can see the concentration on his face trying to soothe that Giant Horse XD. Great video Croton, your runs are always a blast!

This is just a glorified bone-only run. And I'm all here for it! Edit: The whole Ganondorse pun is why I named my giant horse "Dorse" in my most recent playthrough.

whoever edited the Phantom Ganon music during the blight fights knocked it out of the part, matching the musical hits to the in-game hits just like in wind waker :D

2 ideas for a specialized run: The hylian/villager. You can only used weapons such pitchforks or iron sledgehammers, and armor such as the hylian hood, hylian trousers, etc. and the knight/solider. You can only use soldier armor, and weapons such the knights and soldiers broadsword (as well as master sword and hylian shield and champions tunic?)

Wow, the music selection of the blight fights was insane, especially the hollow knight soundtrack! The timing was great! Good job, Croton.

I think an interesting run would be one focused on the kilton masks, like fighting each divine beast as a monster using weapons labeled as that creature’s weapon (ex. Lizal bow, moblin club) and capping it off with some monstrous twist for Ganon!

I'd love to see an only Lynel Gear playthrough! Maybe you can make it a goal to use the Barbarian Armor/Lynel Mask! It would also pose quite a challenge taking out that first lynel for gear, but I'm sure the castle Savage Shield and a big ol crate could do it!

Oh my god, how did this masterpiece escape my view? I'm three entire days late! I have the notifications sent to frequent and I still didn't see this, I'm so sorry about that! I'm glad you're getting into the spirit of this time of the year, it's nice to see your creativity while approaching these different runs, because anything you do is really interesting in its own right. This video was amazing, and it was very unique. It's the little details that you add in your videos that make them enjoyable, the editing, the music choice, and especially your own personality shining through when you're interacting with your viewers and talking about the game in general. You take the simplest things in your gameplay and make them feel really immersive, as if I'm there experiencing it with you. You're not afraid to be a bit silly or show how you feel about something, and that's great! Your smile puts a smile on my face too, and all of your positivity is contagious. I've also been waiting for the bone-only run ever since you started the challenge run series, words can't describe how much I'm looking forward to seeing you in action, the hype in unimaginable! (It was an incredibly unexpected yet welcome surprise to see that the skeleton duo at the end, I immediately knew what you were hinting at, and I started to shiver with glee) I'm very excited to see what you plan to do next, thank you for always making this content with such enthusiasm, it means the world to me, and I appreciate it a lot. On a side note, even though I don't have the time to watch your streams (as much as I wish I could, with all of my heart, it hurts every time I have to finish my work), know that I'm supporting you from the sidelines!
