I'm 73, American, and retired DoD. This genocide in Gaza cannot be what America is about. We cannot have sunk so low that we're willing to tolerate and enable such cruelty on a daily basis. I cannot understand what my country has become. At the beginning, I thought surely they would not use their air force in such a congested urban area. But they did. And they're killing innocent people in large numbers. I cannot condone this. We've become evil ourselves.
