These are all played on just ONE of the 16 drumkits too. The other kits are like 808, brushes, electro, etc. I'm sure this is mentioned in the video but thought I'd mention it for those who don't watch the whole intro. Thanks for all your rc-600 videos JP, they have helped me a lot!

JohnPaul in this age of youtube shorts I have to thank you for making this video. I watched the entire thing and definitely adding this to the kit. I am looking at the manual to see if can slave to Master Clock or if RC600 can operate as Master Clock for other devices

Hey JP would love to see how to program my MC 8 to do all the variations and drum programs plus tempo, could do away with my Beat Buddy. Would pay for a tutorial of that bud Great video and super helpful. Roland needs to employ you bud.😃

One of the first things I did when I received my rc600 was go through the rythems. I find a lot of the variations are similar. Like a, c almost identical and same for b, d. I really hope the next update will include a parts section like on the rc500. That way to can have more variation control without having to plug into software editing tools.

As you were scrolling though it sounded like the parts had different velocity/ dynamics depending on the part Is this the case or just the phone speaker I’m listening on? If so can the dynamics be adjusted in the editor ? Thanks for all your thorough content I’m binge watching your vids trying decide between the 5 and 600.

Is there any way to change rhythm patterns instead of variations? On RC300 I could change from a kick drum to a full beat and back again, but can’t seem to be able to do that on RC600. That’s probably the only thing I prefer on the 300 to the 600. Cheers.

Thanks for taking the time to do the video, just a shame the tempo was soo quick. It kinda loses the feel especially for styles like r nb and soul. Kinda like i was on speed back in the 90's..

Can the RC-600 be customized to play from a preset list of rhythm tracks in a single memory bank to create a rhythm progression without use of midi?

And this is only with one KIT, no 6/8 rythms, 5/4 etc and no extreme BPMs, endless possibilities for fun, right?
