Faye pulled off the greatest magic trick of all time. Not only did she disappear in front of our eyes, she disappeared from everyone's memory for the whole night because everyone was blaming Warren Beatty like he read the card.
  • @replaybb718
Nobody should be held responsible for this mess except for the guys who handed Warren the wrong envelope.
  • @hgos7211
Just imagine, in a perfect world, Warren Beatty was handed the "best actor" card by accident and read 'Manchester by the sea' for best picture, which means Matt Damon would've been one of the producers accepting the Oscar, and Kimmel would've had to take away Matt Damon's Oscar

Yall talking about yall feel bad for La La Land. But I feel bad for Moonlight. The whole mix up stole their moment. They didn't get to get that experience that they deserved and earned. Now everyone is talking about the mix up more than how great of a movie Moonlight is and it's upsetting. Because rather than talking about what should be talked about, everyone is talking about the mix up. So this whole mix up stole Moonlights shine.

"Craziest Oscars Ever" Will Smith just stole this moment hahaha

Jimmy Kimmel took care of that situation well...if it was Jimmy Fallon, he wouldve fake laughed his way through everything
  • @rommel3942
Well somebody should apologize to Warren for snatching that card off his hand

It’s just an award show. They’re all still rich.

Imagine if instead of best actress they were handed best actor, so Manchester by the Sea gets called out, so producer Matt Damon goes up to collect, and in the middle of his speech Jimmy Kimmel has to interrupt that this is a mistake, and everyone thinks its staged cause its Damon and Kimmel...

I felt so bad for Warren. When someone shouts: "They read the wrong thing!" at 3:10, he is standing there so embarrassed and uncomfortable. The way La La Land's producer grabbed the envelope from his hand was just rude and then thanks to Emma's story everyone assumes that Warren was lying. I read comments on the internet from people saying stuff like: "That's what happens when you let these old people present" and it made me even sadder. It wasn't their fault. And it was also the 50 year anniversary of "Bonnie and Clyde", it was supposed to be a great moment for them presenting the Best Picture award and being back on that stage. Idk I just wanna give them a hug.

Poor Warren Beatty. First the LaLa Land producer angrily snatches the envelope from his hand because he thinks it's Warren's fault. Then Warren gets blamed for throwing Dunaway under the bus but it looks to me like he's hoping she'll join him in his search for help. He didn't know she was gonna blurt out the first thing she read. And he didn't stop the chaos because he was probably hoping LaLa Land was the actual winner. Yup, I have no life.
  • @keelahrose
I wonder if Emma Stone ever apologized for basically calling Warren Beatty a liar.

  • @williamdono
Bonnie and Clyde still doing illegal things
  • @mundaneamazing
I feel like he was showing her the card like, 'This isn't right. What do we do?'
