    reminds me when someone from my bank called me and said, some transactions weren't processed some days prior, and what my credentials were.. I only replied, 'I can't be certain you are who you claim to be- for all I know you could be a fraudster..' turned out he was genuine (but I informed him I will call the bank phone number known to me from my records and have them confirm / put me through to him).
