Tears rolled down my cheeks, the poor puppy was found in a trash bin on the side of the road

At 7 pm, we were moving to the supermarket when we discovered something strange. There was a group of people standing around the trash can and talking about something. Out of curiosity, we approached them to ask what problem they were having. As we approached, we heard a faint cry coming from the trash can. The crying became louder and louder, making everyone around us worried, so we immediately opened the trash can to check. We found a rather large plastic bag and crying sounds came from the bag. We quickly opened the bag and discovered inside was a puppy. That surprised everyone around, the poor dog was only about 4 months old. It didn't understand what was going on and could only lie still in the dark garbage bag. The puppy's body was so skinny that it was just skin and bones. The puppy's snow-white fur was dirty and matted from the water in the trash can. The puppy was showing signs of fever, his whole body was shaking from cold and hunger, he looked up at everyone around him asking for help...
