The Supreme Court on Thursday heard arguments in Trump v. Anderson, a case that questions whether former President Donald Trump is ineligible for the presidency because of his conduct related to the assault at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. The case, which stems from a lawsuit filed by six Colorado voters, cites Section 3 of the 14th Amendment as the reasoning for keeping Trump off the ballot.

How could a President NOT be held to a higher standard? What happened to the buck stops here? The President of THE United States should be accountable for their actions, not exempt!

Alito does not want to accept it as Trump as an insurrectionist. Alito is not accepting it as an insurrectionist. Definitely, he's a Republican. That's right this got to be resolve before it goes to the polls.

These judges are asking the lawyers questions about somethings they are appointed to decide. At times, they are cutting off the attorney's attempts to respond saying they are not staying on subject, then immediately after go off topic with a question that has NO RELATIONS to the subject at hand !!!!!!!!!!!

Donald Trump even romanticized even more in statement "what if Mafia ran this country yeah maybe things would be a little different around here yeah "this is during his rallies his pep rallies which seemed to be the Crux of his whole purpose in office the last time he was bouncing around like a loose canon in there .... I think we can see the line of aspiration leading to his spoken statement during an interview desire to be a king ...
  • Previously taken an oath (sworn into office) therefore officer. ‘Or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof’. Simple.

THE PRESIÐENT IS DEFINED AS AN OFFICE, AND THE PRESIDENT AS THE #1 OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES, ALSO IN ARTICLE 2, SECTION 3. CONSTITUTIONAL VERBAGE EXACTLY.
  • Truth is, there is no difference between office and officer. The reason why is clear and simple. If it's an office and you're a member of said office, then you're an officer.
  • SupremeSupreme Court should be asking questions dealing with the Constitution and not fallacies dealing with what if
  • @Muppet-kz2nc
Excluding the President as an Officer of the U.S. is absolutely asinine.
  • @jackiemilton1828
Justice Thomas should not have heard the case and all the justices know that. So it already shows they themselves think they are above the law.

We watched the whole thing live on tv. We were all there, smh. Wow cbs!
  • @DavidJones-ti5yi
Anytime a President can order lower officers a command to do something then Trump would have been an officer of the law!
  • @Darlene-en5lc
This absolutely needs to be decided by our federal court. & They need to be noble jurists & put partisan politics aside & do the right thing. For our whole country.

Judges do your duty for the country, dont help a criminal keep on playing with the laws and don't let a political party lie and scheme ways to help a criminal.

'Come on, Mr Murray ANSWER THE QUESTION, If you can't we'll move on...' 😅
  • It's a disgrace to the Lord Supreme Court throwing out Colorado Supreme Court decision just because the Mega Republicans that was appointed by Donald Trump and I have mixed feelings with Johnson maybe she needs some more studying to do about our constitution
