Pradoville Expansion; who is throwing garbage in the ocean?

I noticed that they are building a wall next door to the vice president’s home and decided to investigate the expansion of the housing development at Pradoville. In this video I also highlight the problem with garbage washing ashore in Kingston Georgetown and the connection to residents who dispose garbage by throwing it over the sea wall.

Excellent topic on the garage issue that we have. I am perplexed as to why there's no recycling facility along with more garbage collection. We have a long way to go. Can we all agree to start doing something about it Now?

Why are they dumping garbage there? Thank you for bringing this issue to attention. Don’t they have a waste management municipality or hire private waste management company and have the residents pay for the waste management.

Oh no. No respect for the ocean. More education is definitely needed on the value of water and how dumping can reduce oxygen, for example.
