Ok, now i can decide between a water damaged or a fire damaged home. G R E A T !

Excellent demonstration!! It is much better to live in a house with a fire sprinkler system because it puts the fire out fast and people have a 90% higher chance of escaping with no harm.

There are alot of comments about the potential that a sprinkler system is going to malfunction/misfire and soak all your stuff. The schools I went to all had sprinkler systems and they never went off accidentally. Most office spaces Ive worked in had sprinklers and they never went off accidentally. Im sure if you think about it you will be the same. Its about as likely to happen as the house fire itself. At least with water you can dry it out. You can't really unburn something

At 40 second though that could easily be stopped with a fire extinguisher

why the hell is this a recommended video!?

Hey Chief, it’s gonna rain today. Chielf : Perfect! Perfect time to demonstrate how a sprinkler works.

I agree these will save lives just dont let your children throw objects and end up breaking off that sprinkler head and flooding your house by accident...

12pm: One last video 3am: Oh youtube recommended a video about home sprinkler systems

One thing I have noticed reading through the comments is a bunch of people talking about well this is just a small fire put that out with a fire extinguisher. This video was for demonstration purposes to demonstrate if a larger fire occurred that you could not contain and you have to be realistic depending upon the size of the fire do you really want to risk getting smoke inhalation and other things which could potentially cause a casualty in the fire. Yes if it's a small fire that's just in the wastebasket you can probably put that out with a fire extinguisher but this was a demonstration they don't have an entire house to light on fire showing a properly installed system
