Resident Evil Village is set three years after the events of Resident Evil 7. Ethan Winters returns as the protagonist. Ethan has been living with his wife Mia and newborn daughter Rosemary when Chris Redfield and his men suddenly appears, murders his wife in cold blood and kidnaps him, with his baby daughter, to a mysterious European village located in Transylvania, Romania, given the currency used and the names of characters.[8][7][9] Ethan has to traverse the village to rescue Rosemary.[9] The village is governed by four different mutant lords, each controlling their own forces from strongholds within the village. Lady Alcina Dimitrescu,[b] an extremely tall vampire-like aristocrat, resides with her three daughters and others at Castle Dimitrescu. Karl Heisenberg leads a group of werewolf-like creatures from a contemporary factory. Salvatore Moreau operates from a reservoir in close proximity to the village and is described as a "merman". Donna Beneviento rules from her mansion, House Beneviento, and controls a puppet named Angie. All houses respond to the deity-like figure Mother Miranda, the ruler of the village who is a "presence worshipped by the villagers.
With scary games like this one, I like to let scenes run a little longer to keep the viewer on their toes. I don't want you to know that everytime I cut you should be expecting something to pop up and happen, so instead it feels better to let the tension build at times. This game was an excellent successor to Resident Evil 7. The setting and story can be a bit outlandish, even for Resident Evil, but that doesn't matter. It's all fun. We hope you get a chance to play for yourself and we hope you enjoy the game movie!

With scary games like this one, I like to let scenes run a little longer to keep the viewer on their toes. A bittersweet thing I realized is that even though Ethan died when Rose was a baby, she has the mold memory storage of him. So, while technically never meeting her dad, she knows all about him.

Ethan is a very human(ironic) protagonist. Scarred shitless but trying his best and to help everybody he can.

Ethan: Got half his left hand bitten off, his right arm chopped off, skewered through his torso (Twice!), and got his heart ripped out of his chest. Also Ethan: "Tis just a flesh wound."

Ethan: "Wait. It's all mold?" Eveline: "Always has been."

Villager: One day we were a quiet, devout village. Then the next, the monsters attacked us! Ethan: Did you know your village is right next to that haunted castle on the hill?

Mia reading a Fairy Tale to a potato was a very unorthodox intro for a RE game... I liked it!

So basically : 1. Dimitrescu is a Vampiric Dragon/Gargoyle. 2. Dimitrescu Daughters are swarms of Mosquito. 3. Beneviento is a Voodooist. 4. Moreau is The Host's Monster 5. Heisenberg is a Magneto then a Transformer.

Man, its really hard for seeing Ethan get so many wounds and injures just like what happened to him in RE7. He didnt have to be treated like that and he deserve better.

Chris could easily just carry Ethan and the baby. He punched a boulder, once.

"Your right hand is unusable" Not true, he can pick it up and throw it at her.

So Rose is now the strongest character in Resident Evil. A really bad thing to call her Eveline. Ethan Winters died a hero... IF ONLY CHRIS TOLD HIM AT THE F&^#%#@ BEGINNING!!!
