  • @kelel6656
    Chinese overcapacity = US underperformance!😂😂
  • China has evolved into the greatest manufacturing powerhouse and the US has devolved in the greatest whiner!
  • @directxxxx71
China: Overcapacity in green technologies USA: Overcapacity in greenback printings
  • If you want your own citizens to fork out $60,000-$100,000 for an American tesla just admit it. No reason to raise tariffs under the guise of overcapacity. How long were European,American Japanese and other car brands able to sell in the Chinese market with no issue? Gtfo.

Your bias is showing. Better cover that up before people notice.

Nowadays ship Chinese EV from China to countries that doesn't have a local dealer using some special ways to bypass regulations has become a business, and the US is talking about overcapacity,as native Chinese in China I have to wait for months to get my new car,and US is still talking about overcapacity😂

many people do not know that Wuling mini EVs is a joint venture, GM has 44% share, shanghai motor has 51%, Guangxi has 5%. Wuling was the No.1 car sales in China, and its EV series still held the remarkable market share, and it has several factories in Indonesia as well. this mini EV with price ranged from $5K to 8K, and very attractive for a begining EV buyer.
  • It’s too late for the U.S. China’s EV industry is 2 generations ahead of Tesla. Once you drive the Chinese ev, you’ll never go back to Tesla again

Harmful overcapacity? Now we have realized the absurdity of 'overcapacity', we are changing the tone by qualfying it with classification of being harmful (and helpful). So, our overcapacity has been helpful and the Chinese's are harmful. I know cnbc is not saying it but really?
  • @meismax
I want Chinese EVs in the U.S. now! They are affordable and good quality now, much better than GM/Chevy/Ford expensive EV garbage made by 60$/hr factory workers that want 4 day work weeks and full pay.
  • @AY-8478.
It shows Chinese 🇨🇳 citizens are willing to work and it’s only been about 40 years since china engaged with the west for industrial reasons!!! 3:17
  • On just highlighting four production Companies how does it create a case for overcapacity. Just Washington propaganda parrots.

The largest auto maker in Liuzhou is SGMW, who makes the most inexpensive car in China. SGMW is a joint venture between SAIC Motor (Shanghai Auto Industry Corporation), General Motors, and Guangxi Auto (a local company).

in the semiconductor sectors, there is monopoly in pricing and in market control. dominate by tsmc, asml, nvidia, intel and samsung. boeing and airbus in commercial aviation, drug companies and oil companies as well . even in smart phone platform, android or ios. china is simply makes it affordable and in scale. while other industries without china's participation is driven by market control and manufacturing output, makes the consumer products getting more expensive every year.

Over capacity...so the west is blaming China for working too hard, while they enjoy their long summer 😂
