Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.

Hey Tyler, I'm a 5 year Rutgers student w/ a 4.0 GPA (one year shy of graduating), pivoting to commercial real estate. My best friend, who is equally as driven, has found passion and success from it. As a lover of education and entrepreneurship; I couldn't be more grateful I've landed here as my introduction to it all. You are a talented educator and you have got me so excited about the grind to come. Thanks a ton, Nick

I want to start a new business so i will need a commercial building. So i figured to learn how to find out if a purchase is smart or not. Im Day 1 guy. Also I freaked out at the gym when the intro siren went off in my earbuds and i looked around and it took me a second to understand why no one else was running. For real My heart dropped.
